Hello. Can you confirm if the following is deductible please? 1. Replacing a faulty garage door 2. Fix a garage roof which previously leaked. 3. Rendering the outside of the house. 4. Painting the outside of the house. Thanks in advance

Only capital expenditure that increases the value of the property can be claimed. You can see guidance here:

Your examples, 1,2 and 4 would not necessarily do this.
