This tax year (I have been UK resident for 18 years) I do not qualify as a UK resident for tax purposes -not enough days spent in UK -I have dual citizenship, Italian and British, I have sold a property in Italy, are there Capital Gain taxes to be paid?

Hi ,

If not resident in the UK then you have nothing to report here.

You will need to check with the Italian authotrities for tax to be paid there .

Thank you
