Hi- Does a payout under capital gains, which is subject to capital gains tax, form part of your net adjusted income? This is specifically in relation to the net adjusted income eligibility for free childcare hours and tax free childcare. Thanks

Hi,
Capital gains tax is entirely separate tax from income tax.
It does not affect your net adjusted income.
Personal Allowances: adjusted net income
Thank you.
