Hong Kong people with BNO Visa - Sell home after moved to the UK

Dear Team, I moved to the UK from Hong Kong with the BNO Visa on 23June 2021. I sold my home in Hong Kong and the final settlement completed on 20 June 2024. I lived there from when I bought it in end of Sept.1996 until I moved to the UK. Could you advise how to calculate the capital gains tax? Thanks.
