Sale of a rental property with several owners

We have just sold a rental property where 4 names are on the title deeds but only 2 people have received profits from the rental. are all 4 liable to CGT or just the two who received the income

The legal owners of the property are those named on the title deeds, they may not, however, be the beneficial owners of the property. It is the beneficial owners who would be subject to Capital Gains Tax.
