Amending Probate

Hi, I hope this is the right forum to post this on. I understand probate which was put in mistakenly incorrectly can be amended up to 2 years after the date of death. I also understand a form will need to be filled in to apply for the amendment. However, I'm confused which form should be used, please can you point me to the correct form to fill in to amend probate. Many thanks

You would need to get a deed of variation and this would need to be done via a solicitor.
