CGT due on transfer of property to Non-Spouse

I have lived with my partner since 2020. She plans to add me to the mortgage and transfer 50% ownership of the property to me. It is her only owned and therefore also primary residence. I own no property. Can you confirm if any CGT will arise (or indeed any other taxes) on transfer? Thanks

No, as this has been her only and main residence for the whole period of ownership.
