Hello l wondered if you could give me some help. I've just sold my house (lived in it 13 years but rented out for 2 years) When l moved in i installed central heating into the house (previously only gas fires) and also a new boiler and fusebox. I also built a false wall so l could increase the number of kitchen units then installed a new kitchen, appliances etc Would I be right in thinking these are all improvements and so can be deducted? Any thoughts greatly appreciated

Hi,
The boiler and fusebox would not be classed as improvements or enhancements to be deducted from any gain.
Thank you.
