I am considering selling a property which I currently let out to tenants but which was previously my main and only residence. Can I claim relief on the capital gains tax for the period of time when it was my own residence?

Capital Gains Tax
This is where you can calculate your gain, as well as report and pay the capital gains tax within 60 days of the completion date.
