Capitals gains on garden

Just going through the process of transferring 2 building plots in my back garden to my limited company which is within the allowance for PPR relief, should only take a few weeks at most but what I want to know is at what stage am I able to start fencing off the garden? I’ve read that the garden cannot be sectioned off but if I’ve already started the process of transferring it would I be able to start fencing?
