Sale of freehold interest for CGT purposes

Hello, I am selling the freehold interest to the current leasehold owners of a maisonette I use to own and live in many years ago. My question is how will this be treated for CGT purposes ? Would it be regarded as a property sale albeit a low cost one as the freehold interest will be sold for approx 10k. ? Some guidance on this would be much appreciated. Regards Alan
