Did I pay CGT by mistake?

I wrote to Capital Gains Tax Queries section of HMRC in April 2024 concerning the payment of CGT on a sold property in 2021. However I have not as yet received a reply. The letter was sent by special delivery. Could you kindly let me know if you have received this letter and provide me with a reply at your earliest convenience. Thank you

I have received an email stating that my email address cannot be verified. But I have reregistered and have access to the customer forum. Please ask one of your agents to provide me with a reply by email. I could not contact you through a phone call as after holding for 40 minutes no one responded. Thank you
