Hi, As part of divorce settlement, I was given our buy to let property that was rented out previously for 9 years. I have now moved into this property as a single parent and is my only property and main residence, Would I still be liable to pay CGT if I sold this property in the future? Many Thanks

Based on current guidance yes as it has not been your main residence for the whole period of ownership. We cannot comment on future events as legislation may change.
