We have a joint property with my husband in UK.We sold that property. That was only one main residence. We lived in there since we bought it .We are UK residents this time.My husband still work in UK and I left after the property has been sold. The question is do we need to pay Capital Gain Tax or we get the full private residence relief? Do we need to report it if no tax to pay? Thank you
