Good morning I have just sold the shares my late father held and am finalising and distributing his estate. The shares have appreciated £35k since his death. One large holding, Experian, required me to obtain Jersey Greffire's Grant of Probate which incurred solicitor fees and stamp duty, in order to sell. My question is am I able to offest these outgoings against the captial gains of this holding? Thank you
