Accessing documents uploaded in CGT return

Hello, Earlier this year I completed a CGT return following a residential property disposal. When I go to view the return I see the summary of the details entered, tax paid etc. The web page also confirms "Uploaded files and documents - One or more documents uploaded". However, I see no way of navigating to the documents previously uploaed. How do I get to the previously uploaded document? I clicked on "change return" and clicked through to uploading supporting documentation - but this provides no view on previously uploaded documents either.
