CGT on unit trust acc funds

If on previous sales of a unit trust acc fund the dividends (which have been taxed already) were not taken into account in the calculation, resulting in overpayment of CGT, is it possible to include those dividends in subsequent sales

No, you will need to amend the original CGT calculations.
