Capital Gains Tax Liabilities Calculation

My wife and I jointly own a second property. When I die the second property will be inherited by my wife. If at at some point in the future my wife then sells the property she will potentially be liable for CGT. Will that CGT be calculated from the time she inherited the property or from the time she jointly purchased the property with me.
