My understanding that if a person gifts their PPR there i no CGT to pay, and if the property has no mortgage and no money etc exchanges hand then there is no SDLT to pay? Is this the case? And can the gift be to a UK based company? Thanks

Hi,
If it has been your main residence for the whole period of ownership then no CGT will be due no matter who it is gifted too.
