Capital gain tax VS self employment tax

HI, I have a full time job and I have performed days trade for around 4 months in the tax year of 2022-2023, under what circumstances the profit or loss from the days trade in future will fall under CGT or under self employment tax?

This will be capital gains if you are above the annual exempt amount of £12300.
