I sold a property earlier this year which I paid £44000 cgt on. I am due to complete on another shortly. When I fill in the cgt reporting form for this property do I have to include the £44000 in the taxable income section?

Hi,
No, as this refers to non CGT income. The £44000 will be reflected further on in the calculation.
Thank you.
