I have now been waiting nearly 4 months for a HMRC code to apply for Probate. I have tried contacting HMRC by phone but this is virtually impossible. My solicitor has tried numerous times. And I see a question has actually been raised in the Houses of Parliament about the disgraceful delays in issuing codes for Probate purposes. Can any of the agents on this forum help me please?
