Backdated repairs expanses

Hi I have missed out on claiming some repairs costs that I did not know was classed as an expense. How far back can I claim repairs costs. Thank you.

Hi snoop dogg,
You can only claim costs in the year they are incurred and will therefore need to submit a claim in writing for the years you missed. You can only go back to 19/20 now. any claim must include reference to overpayment relief - Self Assessment Claims Manual-SACM12150 - Overpayment relief: Form of claims
