I'm trying to work out if I can claim the 45p mileage tax relief (or at least part of it). I drive a company car, full expensed, and I am refunded business mileage at a rate of 11-13p per mile. This fluctuates depending on fuel costs. The car is a self charging hybrid, and is sign written - not sure if this is relevant. My query is, as I am receiving mileage payment from the company, would I be entitled to claim the difference to the full 45p, or would this not be relevant as the car is sully expensed? Thank you!
