Can I claim mileage allowance on a tipper borrowed of my brothers ltd company. I have put my own fuel in and used for my own work. However no records kept so was planning on estimating the mileage.

Hi,

No, as this is not evidence that it is solely business mileage. Logs, and, or receipts should be kept to support any claims.
