Claim foreign currency transaction fees for advertising

Hello, as a sole trader I advertise my goods on the Amazon platform, can I claim the foreign currency transaction fees charged on the advertising costs as a business expense? Also, I receive payments from the Amazon platform for goods sold, can I claim those transaction fees as an expense?
