Hi We have shipped goods over to an authorised consignee in Italy but they refused the goods so the T1 hasnt been disharged. How do we bring the goods back into UK ?

Evening, Are the goods non EU / GB origin then and why was a T1 raised. You will need to raise EU Export document to bring the goods back into the UK as British Returned Rich

Hi Rich Thank you for your response. The goods are GB origin and were travelling by road hence the T1 which is normally discharged at teh consignee address upon delivery but they refused the shipment this time so the goods are in limbo as obviously the T1 wasnt discharged.
