Hello, I have returned an order back to Australia and would like to claim a refund for the import VAT. The order was delivered by Parcelforce so is the BOR286 form the correct document to use? Here’s the evidence I intend on including with the form: 1. eBay invoice for the original purchase 2. Customs black and white charge label 3. CN23 customs declaration form (filled in by the sender) 4. Royal Mail certificate of posting for returned goods 5. Evidence of the refund for the returned goods Is there anything else I should include or will this be enough? Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Yes, BOR286 form is used for parcels or packets received through Parcelforce or Royal Mail only.
The required supporting evidence is also mentioned on the form:
Customs Duty and/or import VAT relating to imports by post
Thank you.
