Customs Clearance docs exporting out of UK to Asia

I wish to export a kids electric motorcycle from UK and sell in Asia. The dealer will remove VAT of I provide the clearance doc. My plan is to check the motorcycle in when I fly back as a separate PC of luggage. Is this possible? I am not a uk resident.
