Export heritage banknote to HONG KONG

My wife through a delivery company, help her delivery the box ( banknote inside ) ship to HONG KONG. But the delivery company responds. The box in the UK customs now. UK customs demand our shipment. If we pay the demand. The UK customs approval the box continues ship to HONG KONG. My wife and I are very worried!!!!!!

It is not very clear what is customer's query.

If customer has a package stuck in customs, please advise to contact the courier company.
