Hello, does anyone know if I can bring dry dog food in my suitcase when entering the UK via air? I understand I may need to declare it to customs, but reading through rules it is unclear as to whether it's prohibited or not. Since it's NOT fresh food and it's dried, I don't know what rules apply. Anyone have experience with this?

If you’re bringing in animal by-products they must be commercially packaged with the name and address of the feed business operator or have an animal by-product commercial document. If they contaiin Pork and the weight is more than 2 kg , then further restrictions apply
