US company imports from EU to UK

Hi, US based company is going to move goods from EU country to UK by post (= distance sales, values below 135 gbp). What are the requirements to make this import smooth ? UK VAT must have - ok. What about EORI ? GB EORI ? EU EORI - in that case what EU country to obtain, cause there can be export from several countries. Should I get EORI for simple postage in each country I export from (nonsense) ? And yes, US company doesn't have any address (office, representative, VAT, what ever) in EU.
