Import with postponed VAT account failed

Hi, my company had VAT registered and do VAT postpone. We could access government gateway and download postponed VAT statement for several years. However, we have a shipment just arrived at UK yesterday. Our forwarding agent advised that they cannot declare import with our VAT number. They got below error code when doing clearnace: CDS12005 REJECTINGVALIDITIONRESULTS – Authorisation error:party ID unknown or invalid. DECLARATION SECTION – Header, Fiscal Reference #1 DATA ELEMENT – (3/40) VAT Identification Number We checked our VAT number is valid on "https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/check-vat-number/known" and we submit VAT return on time quarterly as normal. Would you please help and advise ?
