Selling Car to Customer in Republic of Ireland

I have been contacted by a private individual in Republic of Ireland who wants to buy a vehicle from us. He has stated he will arrange export and collection of vehicle. This is a margin scheme vehicle. As I am invoicing an adress in Republic of Ireland does this constitue an export or is this the customers responsibility if I follow normal margin rules.
