Repair faulty items within Europe under warranty

We import Italian manufactured goods to the UK for resale. We also sell from the UK to a customer in the Netherlands. Some faulty items need repairing free of charge under manufacturers warranty. Can our Customer in the Netherlands send them directly to the Manufacturer in Italy for repair as there is no sale or cost involved?

We are unable to offer advice as the goods are not imported into UK for repair. If they are sent from one EU country to another then the trader will need to check with the customs authority of that particular country.
