Anti Dumping Duty into NI

Does ADD have to be applied to Goods imported into NI from GB where ADD has already been paid in GB and goods are in Free Circulation in GB, Goods are being Imported on CDS and TSS into NI

Imports into GB and NI are currently submitted on CDS. Declarants will need to determine if goods have the ‘At Risk’ or ‘Not At Risk’ status. For goods that have United Kingdom (UK) domestic status (for example goods are in free circulation and home use in GB) then only European Union (EU) control measures will be applied.
