Temporary transportation from the uk of photographs for exhibition in France

I have been invited to exhibit two photographs in an exhibition in France in October. The works are photographic prints not limited in edition, these specific prints are samples and will not be for sale, although the exhibition is a commercial event. The exhibition is for a week. I will be transporting the work by car via Eurotunnel. What documentation or procedure would be appropriate for this situation?

An ATA carnet works as both export and import documentation but is probably too expensive for your goods.

You might be able to claim relief from duty and declare goods in an easier way if you are only moving them temporarily - for example, for a trade show or an event. Please see below link for more information.
