Seeking Information on Importing an Airplane Yoke into the UK

Hi all, I have an airplane yoke that belonged to my grandfather who was a test pilot. It is from a Soviet-era Il-76 airplane. These are cargo planes serving both military and civilian purposes. The yoke contains no batteries or electronic components, as far as I am aware. I checked, and there don't seem to be any laws and rules against importing such items, but I want to be sure before I bring it in since it has a large sentimental value to me.
