I received a parcel from Aliexpress in China some while ago and was charged import duty and VAT as the sender incorrectly completed his customs declaration form. I have paid the fees and have completed a BOR286 form and sent it to Border Force in Coventry along with all of the appropriate documentation to backup my claim. My question is how long does it take to get a reply from Border Force? It's been nearly a month now with no email or letters. Should I contacting them again?
