I want to send back a TV set box for an internet TV back to Poland as my contract has ended. If I don't return it they will charge me some additional fees. If I post it, do I need to pay any tax? I never purchased it.

There’s nothing to pay in the UK . We do not impose tax on exporting goods. There may however be import taxes imposed by the Polish authorities but it’s likely that will be responsibility of the person you are sending the goods back to to sort that out. You may be best to just talk to the Polish company.

Hi
If you are sending goods from UK to Poland, there will be no customs charges from UK customs as this is classed as an export. You may need to check with customs in Poland to see if there will be any charges on their end.
