Questions about legal and professional cost of subsequent letting

Hi there, May I know for subsequent letting (ie, not first letting) of my property slightly over 12 months, the legal and professional cost incurred including letting fee and management fee I paid to the letting agency can be included as an expense against the rental income. Your prompt response would be most appreciated.
