Hi, I'm completing my tax return and have a question regarding my property. Usually it is let out exclusively via Airbnb and I use the rent-a-room allowance - very easy. This tax year I did the same, but for approximately two months, where I did a short-let via an estate agent. I feel I should be able to use to the rent-a-room scheme for the Airbnb 'time' and then go through the Furnished Holiday Let route for the two months. How would I write that on my return? Would I say that I've got two properties (Airbnb and FHL) even though they were the same physical address? Thanks in advance

Properties need to meet the qualifying tests for furnished holiday lettings.
