NRLS - Filing an NRL1

A few years ago I moved overseas and rented out my house in the UK through an estate agent/rental agency. I opted to receive the rental income as Gross each month (so not paying tax at the source) and file my self assessment each year. I cannot recall if I ever filed an NRL1. 1) How can I check this? 2) If I didn't, but all my tax filings are up-to-date do I have a problem? Tina
