Hello, I found out a week ago that I am liable to pay tax on earnings in tax year 2021/2022. I want to put it right but I have now become confused about whether to use the Let Property Campaign or to file my tax return very late (I am waiting for my registration for self-assessment to go through). Filing late seems to have huge penalties associated with it which is causing me a lot of stress. Gentleman from LPC helpline assured me that LPC includes 2021/2022 year, but I can't seem to confirm this information anywhere and the LPC tools on the .gov website all go up to years ending 2021 only. Please help.

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

As you have been included in the Let property campaign (LPC) .

I would suggest that you contact them regarding the 2021/22 year as there could be additional penalties associated
with the year in question which would be dealt with by LPC.

Thank you .
