Hi, I own and currently live in a property (call it Propert 'A'). I am planning to move area and live in a rented property for about 2 years. I will rent out my currently owned property (Property A) for 2 years too. If I buy another property after 2 years and sell currently owned property (Property A), will it counted as Home Purchase or Another Property? i.e. do I have to pay additional 3% stamp duty on the new property purchase? Thanks.

I own a property in the UK (let's call is Property A). I buy a second property (Property B) and pay stamp duty on this property. If I sell Property B within 3 years of purchase and keep Property A, will I be able to get the stamp duty paid on Property B back?
