I have had to have the cavity wall insulation Removed from my rental property due to damp issue's I need to have it replaced due to epc requirements Also when it's reinstalled the wall is going to be silcone rendered to stop the damp issue's Recurring Can I claim this against my property rental income?

Based on information provided this would be classed as a repair  and can be claimed against property rental income.
