We, me and my Wife, purchased an apartment in England in 2023 which is currently rented, we have 50/50 ownership. We are Portuguese Nationals, non UK residents. The yearly rental was lower than 10,000 pounds, we had to do some repairs and once diving the profit by both it is lower than 2,500 Pounds. Do we need to do Self Assessment tax return. If yes, how do I register? Which forms do I need to use for the Self-assessment? Thanks in advance for the support.
