NRL1 Timelines

Hi there, i posted an application for an overseas landlord tax exemption (NRL1) form to the address on the form- Charities, Savings and International 1 HM Revenue and Customs BX9 1AU about a month ago, and i am yet to receive an acknowledgement or reply. What are the timelines for processing please?
