Hi HMRC The property is managed via Letting Agents. All expenditure is deducted before I receive any rent payments. Any repairs needed are notified but I do not have record of cost and time of these. When filing in the SA105 property income online - do I put in what I received as the rental income received? Please help. Regards.

Hi,

When completing your SA105 you need to include your total property rental income and expenses in the appropriate boxes. You will then be left with a figure for your taxable property income.
