Form 17 - 60 day deadline

I want to submit a Form 17 to request rental income to be taxed on unequal shares between me and my husband, and will be submitting a Deed of Assignment as evidence to support this. The form instructions says it must be received within 60 days of us signing the declaration - does this mean within 60 days of signing the Form 17 declaration, or within 60 days of signing the Deed of Assignment which is being used as supporting evidence?

The 60 days you mention is the date the form 17 declaration is signed and not the date the declaration of trust (evidence) is signed:
